Anything on this board can be sent to an address in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or the European Union. Two to five days is the usual wait for a lot to arrive.
Nothing at all. Carriage is already inside the lot price, on every order we take.
Postage in the opposite direction sits with you. Carriage charges are not a refundable part of an order, and where you have paid to send a lot back and the refund is approved, that return carriage is taken off the amount refunded.
A word of caution worth acting on: if the item you are returning is worth more than $75, put it on a service that gives you tracking, or insure the parcel. We are not in a position to guarantee that a returned item reaches us.
Digital titles — e-books included — arrive as an immediate download. Nothing physical is dispatched, so none of the carriage rules above apply to them.
